从人力资源开发的角度 ,阐述了知识经济条件下 ,我省健美操指导员人力资源开发的几个方面 :确立健美操指导员的价值 ;重在培养和提高健美操指导员的素质 ;为健美操指导员的成长创造一个良好的人才市场环境等。
From the angle of human resource,this article elaborates some aspects of developing the human resource of aerobics director under the knowledge economy in Zhejiang province,such as newly evaluating the aerobics directors′value,cultivating and developing the aerobics directors′quality and creating a favorable human market etc.
