摘要
本文主要分析了影响教师教育类专业学生职业技能的各种因素,从课程设置、师资队伍建设及教学管理和学生管理联动的角度着手,强化学生从教的职业技能训练。
This paper first analyzes various factors which affect the improvement for such skills,and then works out the solutions by study of curriculum design,faculty enhancement,and linkage between teaching and student management.
