摘要
高等师范院校学习作为教师职前培养的重要阶段,其对师范生的评价是否科学全面越来越受到人们的关注。在对文献比较研究和实际调查分析总结的基础上,结合现实需要及师范生自身的特殊性,文章初步构建了"新芽"模型,并阐述了可采取的观测方式,以期为完善高校师范生综合素质评价体系提供一定思路。
Pre-service teacher education is an important stages and its scientific ~ rational evaluation system has become more and more attention to the people.Based on comparative research on literature and investigation ~ analysis, and started with the realistic requirements and the particularity of students in normal colleges ~ universities, the article initially constructs a "sprout model"and then expounds the adoptable observation method, which is to give some thoughts for perfecting comprehensive quality evaluation system of students in normal colleges and universities.
