摘要
为提高企业产品维修人员服务效率及量化决策方法,运用排队论对产品维修服务系统进行优化,首先确定了单队列多维修服务人员排队系统,采用离散函数和边际分析法解析优化模型,指出了提高产品维修人员服务效率的途径,并给出了应用实例。
In order to improve the enterprise product maintenance personnel service efficiency and quantization decision-making method, the queuing theory was used to improve maintenance service system optimization. Sin- gle-cohort multi-malntenance service personnel queue system was first identified, The analytical optimization model was then pointed out using the discrete function and marginal analysis to improve product maintenance personnel service efficiency method, and the application examples were also given.
