备件保障是保证战备完好性和作战能力的重要因素,产品维修备件需求与备件配置的平衡问题是一个长期未能很好地解决的难题。对产品贮存中的备件问题进行了分析,为备件保障工作提供思路和方法。
Spares for supporting a product is a key element for the guarantee of operational readiness and operational abilities. It is an unsolved problem to match the needed amount of spares with the allocated ones. It analyzes the spares issue during storage of a product and presents new ideas and methods to solve the problem.
