摘要
在对备件保障概率、使用可用度、供应可用度、满足率、完备率、缺件数等参数系统分析的基础上,提出了备件供应综合效能参数的概念,阐述了该参数的内涵,给出了数学表达式并指出了该参数的作用与适用范围。以该参数为优化目标以费用为约束建立了备件订货配置优化模型,给出了基于边际分析法的优化算法,并结合实例进行了具体说明。
On the basis of the analysis of spares supply performance measures such as spares support probability, operational availability, supply availability, fill rate, complete rate and backorders, the concept of the integrated supply performance measure is introduced. The connotation and the mathematical formula of the measure are built, and the function and the application scope of the measure are analyzed. The model of optimization of spares requisition configuration with the integrated supply performance measure being objective and the cost being constraint is built, and the optimization algorithm based on marginal analysis is proposed. Finally the model is concretely analyzed by a case.
