摘要
科研是一种被组织和自为的混合系统,其活动具有明显的两重性特性。据其系统特性及其活动的两重性特性,可得到科研管理的若干有益启示,对推进单位的科研工作有借鉴意义。
The scientific research activity has some dual characteristics because it is an activity in the mixed system which is not only a self- organizing system but also a being- organized system. According to the dual characteristics, the management of scientific research will get some beneficial enlightenments which can promote the scientific research work.
