摘要
论述新环境下高校科研工作面临的机遇与挑战,分析目前制约我国高校科研管理工作的困惑和难题,结合实际工作阐述提升高校科研管理水平的对策与建议。
This paper discusses that university research is confronted with challenges and opportunities in the new environment,analyses the current perplexity and difficult problems of supervisory work in university research,and expatiates on policies and suggestions for developing the level of supervisory in university research by combination with actual works.
