摘要
东湖国家自主创新区的建设与实现湖北跨越式发展,都需要科技发展和企业增强创新能力,这对大学的人才培养和知识创新提出了新的要求。通过分析湖北科技企业发展和大学科技能力转化、人才培养等问题,提出建立企业、政府、高校三位一体的知识共享平台,人才互动机制,人才培养产学教育对接模式,联合创新互动对接机制,学习机制对接等大学与企业实现对接的建议。
Both the building of East Lake National Innovation Zone and frog leaping development of Hubei Province need technology development and innovation capacity increase,which pose new challenges for talents education and knowledge innovation.Through the analysis of problems in technological firms′ development,the technological transformation capacity and talents education,the authors put forth the suggestions of connecting firms with colleges by building a three-in-one knowledge sharing platform,talents interaction mechanism,talents education with firms′ help,cooperative innovation mechanism,and learning connecting mechanism.
