摘要
高校科技成果转化是个市场交易过程,在这个交易过程中涉及高校、企业和教师三方的利益。要完成这种特殊的市场交易,必须从根本利益上激励三方对高校科技成果转化的积极性。本文分析了当前我国高校科技成果转化中的“学术荣誉”激励机制、管理制度激励机制和市场激励机制的作用和存在的问题,指出建立健全科技成果转化激励机制是提高高校科技成果转化率的重要措施,并提出两点对策。
The scientific and technological achievements'translation is a process of market transaction. The transaction relates to the distribution of the interest among colleges, enterprises and teachers. It is in need of encouraging their enthusiasm from the basic interests to accomplish the specific market transaction. In this paper, the affections and problems of encouragement mechanism are analyzed to scientific and technological achievements'translation in colleges and universities of our country, and points out that establishment of encouragement mechanism to scientific and technological achievements'translation is a important measure to improve it's translation ratio in colleges and universities. Two countermeasures are advanced in this paper.
