摘要
在概述科技奖励、自主创新现状及获奖科技成果后续发展研究成果的基础上,通过对2006-2008年上海市获奖科技成果后续发展的调查分析,从申请和授权国内外发明专利、形成各级标准、新产品、论文发表等方面,研究了获奖科技成果对自主创新的影响,分析了科技奖励政策的实施效果和存在的不足,并提出了相应的改进建议。
The Research Status of science and technology awards and independent innovation as well as follow up development research of award winning scientific and technological achievements are reviewed in this paper. Follow up develop- ment survey information of award winning scientific and technological achievements of Shanghai in 2006 to 2008 is also analyzed. Both award winning scientific and technological achievements＂ impact on innovation and implementation effects of science and technology awards policy are investigated from application and authorization of Domestic and foreign patent, formation of all levels of standards and new products, and published papers aspect. At last, the deficiency of science and technology awards and relative recommendation are pointed out.
