摘要
农民工从经济欠发达的农村流入到经济发达地区后,由于农民工流入地与流出地存在较大的文化差异,因而产生了文化冲突。在农民工流出地,其文化特征表现为经济上的简单性,人际交往的初级性,文化上的相对传统性,思想观念的相对保守性。而农民工流入地,其文化特征则表现为经济上的开放性,人际交往的多元性,文化上的商业性和技术性,思想观念的现代性。由此可见,农民工在这些方面有明显的文化冲突。
The cultural conflicts take place along with the inflow of migrant workers from the economically underdeveloped regions to the relatively developed regions due to the significant differences in cultural features between them,where quantities of totally opposite elements in terms of economy,human communication,tradition and concept are existing.This paper analyses the impacts of regionally cultural conflicts on migrant workers and provides with the relevant solutions.
