大学生择业价值观是校园文化的重要组成部分,与文化有密切的关系。大学生择业价值观是文化类型长期塑造的结果,是文化传播模式长期影响的结果,它深受文化的深层结构的制约。在文化转型期,大学生应树立适应文化发展的择业价值观。
College students＇ idea on job - seeking values is an essential part of campus culture, closely related with culture.
