摘要
就业能力是西方的重要概念,用就业能力理论和框架来分析农民工群体的就业,可以为研究农民工就业问题提供一套新的思路、方法和对策框架。本文讨论了就业能力的概念和框架构成,从职业认同、个人适应性、社会资本和人力资本四个维度对农民工就业能力进行了分析,并从农民工个人、企业、政府三个方面对农民工就业能力的开发进行了探讨。
Employability is an important western concept. To use the theory and framework of employability in the analysis of China＇s migrant rural workers＇ employment will provide new paths and strategies to the research on their employment. The paper reviews the concept and framework of employability, and analyses migrant rural workers＇ employability in the dimensions of occupational identification, individual adaptability, social capital and human capital, and explores the development of employability from the aspects of individual, enterprise and government.
