摘要
作为广东最主要的两个农民工流入地和中国"最受农民工欢迎的城市",广州和深圳在破解农民工这一世纪难题上,积极响应国务院的号召,狠抓政策落实和制度创新,取得了显著的成效。文章在初步分析两地农民工基本状况的基础上,从就业服务、工资保证、健康关爱、法律援助、技能培训、文化生活等角度全方位地比较了两地农民工政策的经验和特色。最后指出广州可以借鉴深圳和其它城市的成熟经验,对农民工政策不断进行完善和创新。
Guangzhou and Shenzhen, as the two main inflow of migrant workers of Guandong and＂the most popular city of migrant workers＂ in China, respond positively to the call of State Council, pay close attention to policy implementation and institutional innovation,and have achieved remarkable results in cracking Problems of migrant workers. Based on Preliminary analysis of basic situation of migrant workers, this article compares both experiences and characteristics of migrant workers′ policy of Guangzhou and Shenzhen from all directions ,including employment services, wage guarantee, health care, legal aid, skills training, cultural life, full-flow management .Finally, the article points out that Guangzhou Municipal Government can learn from Shenzhen and other cities of the mature experiences and Commit to perfection and policy innovation of migrant workers.
