摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法,对25%苯甲.己唑醇可湿性粉剂中的苯醚甲环唑和己唑醇进行定量测定,结果表明:该方法测定的苯醚甲环唑和己唑醇的变异系数分别为0.36%、0.42%,标准偏差分别为0.056、0.043,平均回收率分别为100.1%、99.9%,线性相关系数分别为0.9997、0.9998,具有较高的精度和准确度,符合定量分析的要求。
The quantitative analysis of Difenoconazole and Hexaeonazole in 25% Difenoconazole · Hexaeonazole WP was carried out by using HPLC method. The results showed that the variation coefficients of the content of Difenoconazole and Hexaeonazole were 0. 36% and 0. 42%, the standard deviations were 0. 056 and 0. 043, the average recoveries were 100. 1% and 99. 9%, and the linear correlation coefficients were 0. 9997 and 0.9998, respectively, It had high precision and aceuraney, and it corresponded to the require- ment of quantitative analysis.
