50%吡虫啉·1%苯醚甲环唑悬浮种衣剂处理水稻过程中的损失量及药效评价 被引量:1

摘要 采用HPLC测定50%吡虫啉·1%苯醚甲环唑悬浮种衣剂采用种子包衣后浸种法处理水稻种子时药剂的损失量。室内采用滤纸法,考察种子包衣后浸种对水稻的安全性评价以及对稻飞虱的防治效果。结果显示:拌种水稻浸泡48 h后,吡虫啉的损失量为21.62%,苯醚甲环唑的损失量为23.75%。种子采用50%吡虫啉·1%苯醚甲环唑悬浮种衣剂包衣后浸种水稻的发芽率与ck存在显著差异,而水稻的根长、侧根数和株高与ck没有显著差异;这表明:采用50%吡虫啉·1%苯醚甲环唑悬浮种衣剂包衣后浸种水稻对水稻发芽有刺激作用,但对水稻幼苗素质没有影响。用50%吡虫啉·1%苯醚甲环唑悬浮种衣剂包衣后浸种处理的水稻幼苗受稻飞虱危害明显低于ck。这表明:50%吡虫啉·1%苯醚甲环唑悬浮种衣剂采用种子包衣后浸种处理水稻,能很好的控制水稻苗期稻飞虱的危害。 Using HPLC determination the loss of 50% imidacloprid and 1% difenoconazole in the processing of coating after soaking.In labor using the fiter paper method to evaluation of the rice safety and the control effect of rice planthopper. The results show that: the loss of imidacloprid is 21.62% and difenoconazole is 23.75% after soaking 48 hours.the seed germination have Significant differences with CK using the coating after soaking.but there is not significant to the root length.lateral root numer and plant height increase.The number of rice planthopper Significantly lower than the ck. This indicates that 50% imidacloprid .l%difenoconazole suspension concentrates could control of rice planthoppers harm seedling well using the coating after soaking
