摘要
单一的甲醇作为高效液相色谱有机流动相检测嘧菌酯标样时不会出现拖尾情况。单是采用国家标准进行试验时,发现该标准检测某嘧菌酯样品时色谱峰出现拖尾,故我们引入了甲醇-乙腈混合有机流动相,修正了流动相后成功解决了该标准色谱峰拖尾鼓峰的情况,准确的测定了该可湿性粉剂农药中嘧菌酯的质量分数。
When a single methanol or acetonitrile is used as an organic mobile phase in liquid chromatography,some problems will inevitably occur.When testing the content of effective components in a certain azoxystrobin wettable powder,it was found that there was a tail drum peak in the chromatographic peak of the standard,so we introduced mixed organic mobile phase,successfully solved the situation of tail drum peak in the standard chromatographic peak,and accurately determined the mass fraction of two components in the compound pesticide.
