摘要
针对数控技术人才紧缺,而职业院校培养的数控技能人才就业困难的现状,提出根据职业院校学生的特点,进行教学模式改革.首先研究了职教学生的学习特征,根据他们基础差、主动性不足、注意力不集中等特点提出了"讲演练"一体化教学模式及其具体要求,并给出了一体化教学模式的运用实例.
NC skilled personnel is scarce now. However, it is difficult for NC graduates of vocational schools to find jobs. For this situation, according to the characteristics of vocational college students, a reform of teaching pattern is proposed. Firstly, the characteristics of vocational education students are studied. Against their poor foundation, lack of initiative, inability to concentrate, a ＇speaking exercises＇ integrated teaching pattern with specific requirements is put forward. Finally, an example is given to show how to apply this pattern.
