八角茴香水溶性成分HPLC指纹图谱及莽草酸的定量研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的建立八角茴香水溶性成分的HPLC指纹图谱方法及莽草酸的快速定量分析方法。方法采用Waters XBirdge C_(18)色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为0.05%磷酸水溶液(A相)-乙腈(B相),梯度洗脱;柱温25℃;流速0.5ml/min;检测波长210nm、254nm。结果对18批八角茴香药材和2批莽草及不同部位进行测定,建立了八角茴香水溶性成分HPIC指纹图谱方法和莽草酸快速定量分析方法,并对不同来源、等级和部位的八角茴香中莽草酸含量进行了分析。此外,将所建立的方法用于八角茴香伪品莽草的分析研究。结论此方法简便、可靠,为建立八角茴香的质量标准提供了依据。 Objective To establish an analysis method of high performance liquid chromatography fingerprint of the water-soluble constituents from lllicium verum Hook. f. and a quick quantitative method of detecting shikimic acid. Method A Waters XBirdge C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 um) was used; the mobile phase was consisted of 0.05 % n3 PO4 ( A ) -acetonitrile ( B ) with gradient elution, the column temperature was set at 25 ℃, the flow rate was 0.5 ml/min and the detection wavelength was 210 nm and 254 nm. Results The fingerprint and the determination of shikimic acid of 18 populations of lllicium verum Hook. f. and two populations of lllicium lanceolatum A. C. Smith from different sources and between different parts were analyzed by the methods established. Conclusion The methods were proved to be simple, reliable, and useful for quality control of lllicium verum Hook. f..
