摘要
目的:优选侧柏叶中莽草酸的提取工艺。方法:以莽草酸含量和杂质量(干膏量-莽草酸量)的综合评分为指标,以提取温度、提取时间、提取次数和溶剂量为考察因素,采用正交试验优选其提取工艺。结果:优选的工艺为提取温度100℃、提取时间80min、10倍量的水提取1次,醇沉等方法分离莽草酸,莽草酸纯度达96%,收率为0.83%。结论:该工艺合理、可行,可为侧柏叶中莽草酸的工业化生产提供理论依据。
OBJECTIVE:To optimize the extraction technology of shikimic acid from P.orientalis.METHODS:The extraction technology of shikimic acid from P.orientalis was optimized by orthogonal experiment with the content of shikimic acid and impurity(amount of dry ectract,amount of shikimic aicd)as index and with extraction temperature,extraction time,extraction times and amount of solvent as factors.RESULTS:The optimal extraction condition was as follows:extraction temperature of 100℃,extraction duration of 80 min,10-folds water,extracting for 1 time,precipitated using alcohol.The purity of shikimic acid was more than 96% and the yield was about 0.83%.CONCLUSION:The extraction technology is reasonable and practical.It provides basis for the industrial production of shikimic acid from P.orientalis.
