摘要
近年来中国中等教育事业稳步发展,生源规模逐步扩大,而中职骨干教师的培养和培训尚缺乏关注。通过对微格教学法发展历程与内涵的简单梳理,找出其在中职骨干教师培训中的重要作用,进而提出在中职骨干教师培训中的实施步骤。
Secondary vocational educations in China are developed steadily in recent years. However, less attention is paid to the teacher training, especially backbone teachers training, of secondary vocational education. This paper discusses the importance of vocational teacher training based on the concept of the microteaching and presents the steps of backbone teachers training of secondary vocational education.
