摘要
教师专业化发展是目前教师发展的核心要素,是我国教师教育改革的总体趋势,也是当今高校师范专业教育改革中重要的研究课题。微格教学是培养师范生教学技能和方法的有利工具,解决了教学技能训练中很多"只能意会,不能言传"的问题。本文以湖北民族学院数学与应用数学、物理学两个师范兼非师范专业为背景,分析其现状,探讨微格教学在师范兼非师范属性专业中的科学实施方案,并结合微格教学研究项目的研究成果和实验效果分析微格教学发挥的效能。
Teachers' professional development is a core element of the current development of teachers, the overall trend of China's teacher education reform, education reform teacher professional colleges also an important research topic today.
