摘要
本文观察研究了STS预处理和保鲜液对干贮2-4个月后芍药切花开花率、花朵直径、品质及瓶插寿命的影响。结果:1、保鲜液对改善开花率、花朵直径、品质及瓶插寿命约有明显效果; 2、 STS预处理有保持开花率、改善花朵直径及品质的效果,但未能延长瓶插寿命;3、经STS预处理再插在保鲜液中开放的切花最好,冷藏3个月后,其开花率、花朵直径、品质及瓶插寿命仍与插在保鲜液中的未贮花相近。
The effect of pre-conditioning in STS(0.2mM AgNo_3 + 0.8mM Na_2 S_2O_3·5H_2O ) and application of floral preservative solution ( 8-hydroxy?quinoline citrate 200mgl^(-1) + sucrose 20gl^(-1) + AgNo_3 50mgl^(-1) on the bud opening, flower diameter, quality and vase-life of bud-cut peonies ( Paeonia lactiflora Pall. ) dry-stored 2-4 months was studied. As a result, 1. Floral preservative solution improved significantly the bud opening, flower diameter and vase-life of peonies; 2. Pre-conditioning in STS had similar effect, but it did not extend the vase-life of flowers;3.The buds treated with STS before storage and kept continuously in floral preservative solution after storage were in good condition even after 3 months of storage and their opening , diameter, quality and vase-life were similar to those of unsiored buds held in floral preservative solution.
