摘要 采用瓶插、冷藏等系列保鲜方法.研究毛百合花朵开放动态、花蕾发育状态与开花质量的相关性。结果表明.每朵花在水中开放3~5d.花枝整体花期8~9d.经保鲜液处理每朵花延长3d、总体花期延长6~7d.保鲜处理使花瓣中可溶性蛋白质含量提高.0~5℃贮藏可保存20d.保鲜液东林2号对毛百合切花系列具有显著的保鲜效果。 By means of inserting in the vase and cold storage. the relationship between tendencies of flowers blooming. flower bud growing and bloming quality was studied. The results showed that one flower bloomed in the water for 3~ 5 days. the period of total flowers on the branch lasted 8-9 days. After each flower was treated with the fresh preservation liquid. it could bloom for more 3 days. and the total flowers period prolonged 6~ 7 days. The content of soluble protein in petal increased. The flowers lasted to bloom for 20 days in fresh preservation liquid under 0~5℃. Fresh preservation liquid (Donglin-2) has significant effect on cut flowers of Lilium dauricum.
