摘要
保障人民群众的文化权益、维护公民的文化权利,不仅是公共文化服务体系建设的基本出发点,也是整个文化建设的基本出发点。在阐述公共图书馆免费开放意义的基础上,以石家庄市图书馆免费开放为例,探讨了公共图书馆免费开放中存在的问题及对策。
Guaranteeing people＇s cultural interests and protecting citizen＇s cultural rights are the basic starting point not only for the construction of the public cultural service system but also the whole cultural construction.This paper expounds the significance of the free open of public library,and taking Shijiazhuanng Library as an example,probes into some existing problems in and countermeasures for the free open of public library.
