文化权利作为新一代人权的重要内容,越来越受到人们的关注,构建公共文化服务体系就是为了维护和实现公民的文化权利。公共图书馆作为公共文化服务体系的重要组成部分,在维护和实现公民的文化权利中发挥着重要的作用。
As an major content of human rights in the new age, the cultural right has been paid increasing attention by people. The aim of constructing the public cultural service system is to guard and realize citizen＇ s cultural right. The public library is an important part of the public cultural service system, it plays an significant role.
