摘要
通过衡阳公共图书馆回访调研,对公共图书馆以馆舍为代表的公共资源在使用中存在的问题进行思考,总结了衡阳市公共图书馆馆舍面貌取得的进步与发展,分析了"人吃楼"的现象的历史成因、产生根源和本质,提出了解决"人吃楼"问题的方法。
Through the return visit and survey research of Hengyang public libraries,the author took the building of public libraries as representative of public resource and made reflections on use of it.The article summarized the progress and the development of the Hengyang public library building appearance,it analyzed the historical origin,the causes and the essence of the phenomenon of ＇the human ate the building＇,and it proposed the solution methods of it as well.
