摘要
在固定床反应器上研究了Ag-NaY分子筛催化剂常压气相催化氧化乳酸乙酯合成丙酮酸乙酯的反应.运用X射线粉末衍射法(XRD)、扫描电镜法(SEM)、比表面及孔容测定法(BET)等手段表征了催化剂的物理和化学性质,结果显示500C焙烧,载银质量百分数为64.2%的催化剂具有最好的活性和稳定性.
Ag-NaY zeolite catalysts have been studied in a fixed bed flow reactor at atmospheric pressure for catalytic oxidation of ether lactate to ethyl pyruvate. The physical and chemical characters of the catalysts and the catalytic properties were related by XRD.SEM,BET etc- The results indicate that the catalyst which contained 64. 2% percent silver and was calcined at about 500℃ has proficient catalytic activity and stability.
