摘要
本文报导在V2O5-MnO2-P2O5催化剂上进行甲苯气相氧化制苯甲醛的实验研究,采用正交试验确定催化剂的优化反应条件和影响反应性能诸因素的显著性顺序。结果表明该催化剂有较高的活性和选择性。
In this paper, experimental investigation of gas-phase oxidation of toluene into benzaldehyde has been carried out over V2O5-Mn-P2O5 catalysts. At the same time the optimun reactive conditions of catalysts and sized order of influence of various factors on reactive character was determined by means of perpendicular experiment. The results show that the Eatalytic is comparatively active and selective for the production of benzaldehyde from toluene vapour.
