摘要
丙酮酸乙酯是一种重要的合成中间体,可合成多种新型医药、农药和营养补充剂。本文以双氧水为氧化剂,饱和硫酸亚铁溶液为催化剂,实验考察了催化氧化乳酸乙酯合成丙酮酸乙酯。通过正交实验,确定了合成的最佳条件为:反应温度为35℃,催化剂用量为4mL,反应时间为5h,丙酮酸乙酯的最高产率可达84.3%。
Ethyl pyruvate is an important synthesized intermediate,it can synthesize many new medicines pesticides and nutritional supplementation. This paper investigates the synthesis of ethyl pyruvate by catalytic oxidation of ethyl lactate,hydrogen peroxide as oxidant,and FeSO_4 as catalyst. According to interacted experiments, the optimum conditions of synthesis are determined as follows:reaction temperature at 35℃,reaction time 5hrs and catalyst mount 4mL. Under such conditions,the yield of ethyl pyruvate is up to 84.3%?
