摘要
目的探讨中药半枝莲提取物的体外抗肿瘤作用。方法分别选用人红白血病细胞株K562,人胃癌细胞株BGC823,人食管癌细胞株TE13,用MTT法测定半枝莲醇提物(SBE)和水提物(SBW)对体外肿瘤细胞的抑制作用。结果体外抑瘤实验表明,对SBE敏感的最低药物浓度分别为7.8、15.6和15.6μg/ml,半数抑制率(IC50)分别为25.7、30.8和30.8μg/ml,对SBW敏感的最低药物浓度分别为15.6、15.6和15.6μg/ml。IC50分别为27.6、146.3和57.4μg/ml。结论SBE和SBW体外均有很强的抗肿瘤作用,且SBE的作用高于SBW。
Objective To research antineoplastic aefvity of Herba Scutellariae Darbatae extractive in vitro. Methotis Herba Scutellariae Darbatae extractive on tumor cell proliferation and influence of the spleen cell proliferation active in mice were observed with MTT method. Results Herba Scutellariae Darbatae extractive had a strong inhibition effect to variety of tissue origin tumor cell and a promotion effect on the spleen cell of the mice. Couclusion Herba Scutellariae Darbatae aqueous and ethanol extracts have strong anti - tumor effect in vitro, and ethanol extract has better effect thaa aqueous extract. Herba Scutellariae Daxbatae as a kind of anti - tumor drug needs further researched and developed.
