摘要
本文首次采用生物富集技术研制出富含微量活性元素Cr(Ⅲ)的功能性螺旋藻,同时对影响螺旋藻生物富集 Cr(Ⅲ)的一些因素进行了较为全面的研究。研究证明,螺旋藻对 Cr(Ⅲ)具有高效的生物富集效果,螺旋藻对Cr(Ⅲ)的生物富集过程是一复杂的生化过程,大致上经历了一块一慢两个步骤,并受富集时间、Cr(Ⅲ)源Cr(Ⅲ)离子浓度、螺旋藻状态、藻细胞浓度、PH值、温度、光照等因素的影响。Cr(Ⅲ)的生物富集处理不会对螺旋藻细胞分子官能团结构产生损害。
In this paper, functional Spirulina rich in active trace-element Cr(Ⅲ) was pro duced by bioaccumulation technology and some influence factors were studied in detail. It was found that Spirulina had efficient capability in the bioaccumulation of Cr(Ⅲ), the bioa ccuemulation of Cr(Ⅲ) on Spirulina is a complex biocchemical process which involves a rapid step and a slow one, and is affected by bioaccumulation time, Cr(Ⅲ) compounds, Cr(Ⅲ) concentration, Spirulina states, algal cell concentration, pH, temperature and light. etc.. We also found that there was no hurt in the molecular functional group structure of Spirulina bioaccumulated Cr(Ⅲ)
