摘要
通过实验室模拟研究了铁对海洋硅藻的生物活性形式及其对藻生长的影响。结果表明:铁对硅藻生长的生物活性形式是络合态铁和胶体水合氧化铁的溶解形态,尤其是光诱导还原态Fe^(2+)更为重要;铁对硅藻生长影响取决于可转化成不稳定形态的胶体水合铁的溶解速率和生物的有效吸收;铁对藻生长的生态学效应主要表现在对藻类的叶绿素a的生物合成、藻细胞的分裂,以及碳和氮的固定作用的影响。
Bioavailability species and the effect of Fe on the growth of marine diatom Pha-codactyium tricomutum was studied by laboratory simulation. The results showed that (1) Fe3+-Y, Fe2+-Y and Fe2+ (OH)3-x,Fe2+ (OH)2-xx, are the bioavailability species of Fe for diatom growth,in which the light-induced reduction species Fe2+ was more important; (2)The effect of Fe on diatom was dependent on the dissociate rate of Fe oxohydroxo's species which could be transfered into labile form and on the bio-reactive absorption;and (3)The ecological effect of Fe on algae growth was mainly expressed in influencing chlorophyll a synthetic rate, algae cellular division potential as well as C and N fixation rate.
