摘要
目的采取多环节管理措施加强抗菌药物应用的管理,促进临床合理使用抗菌药物。方法建立健全组织机构和各项规章制度;采取多种方式加强抗菌药物合理使用知识培训;制定具有前瞻性与可操作性的标准;采取有效的干预措施;采取科学的评价方法和可接受的反馈方式,达到持续改进的目的。结果通过干预,使抗菌药物使用率由干预前(2006年)的73.5%下降到干预后(2010年)的56.1%,下降了17.4%;治疗性应用抗菌药物感染样本送检率由干预前(2006年)的40.8%,提高到干预后(2010年)的53.5%,上升了12.7%。结论加强抗菌药物合理应用与规范化管理,提高医务人员合理用药整体水平,对提升临床治疗水平、确保医疗安全、降低不合理医药费用具有十分重要的意义。
OBJECTIVE To adopt management measures on many aspects,and promote the rational use of antimicrobial drug. METHODS A sound organization and the rules and regulations were established;A variety of ways were used to strengthen antimicrobial drug rational use of knowledge for a training;criteria that were based on the frontier theories and could be easily applied;effective measures were adopted;in the methods and acceptable to the feedback,continuous improvement purposes. RESULTS Through the intervention,the use rate of antibiotics dropped from 73.5% before intervention to 56.1% after intervention,decreasing by 17.4%;the submission rate improved from 40.8% before intervention to 53.5% after intervention,increasing by 12.7%. CONCLUSION Antimicrobial drug monitoring and the level hospital staff many link with the management of clinical antimicrobial drug use.
