摘要 目的探讨普外科围手术期抗菌药物的应用现状及合理性。方法对190例患者围手术期抗菌药物应用进行回顾性分析。结果190例患者全部使用了抗菌药物,其中预防用药占79.47%,治疗用药占20.53%;术后单用1种和应用二联、三联和四联抗菌药物的分别占28.42%、67.37%、3.16%、1.05%,术后预防性使用抗菌药物时间最长17 d,其中64.24%的患者用药时间≥4 d。结论在围手术期抗菌药物的使用中存在着不合理之处,应予避免。 OBJECTIVE To discuss the situation and the rationality of antibiotics usage in general surgery during perioperative period. METHODS The antibiotics used status among 190 cases of patients during perioperative period was retrospectively analyzed. RESULTS Antibiotics were used in all of 190 patients. The rate of prophylactic usage was 79.47%, the rate of therapeutic usage was 20.53% ; 28.42% of the patients received single antibiotics treatment, and 67. 37%, 3. 16%, or 1.05% of all patients received 2, 3 or 4 kinds of antibiotics combined therapy respectively. The duration of postoperative prophylaxis was: 64.24% of the patients were treated with antibiotics for 4 clays or more, the longest one was 17 days. CONCLUSIONS Improper application of antibiotics during perioperative period should be avoided.
