综述了杜仲中绿原酸和芦丁的提取研究进展。重点介绍了绿原酸和芦丁的溶剂提取、物理强化提取、离子液体提取等方面研究,并展望了其提取工艺的发展趋势和应用潜能。
The chlorogenic acid and rutin extraction research was reviewed.The solvent extraction,physical extraction and the ionic liquid extraction of the chlorogenic acid and rutin were mainly introduced,and the development trends and the promising potential of the extraction process were prospected.
