摘要
对杜仲叶中的绿原酸提取工艺进行了研究,结果表明,采用微波破壁可以明显的提高杜仲叶绿原酸的提取率。优化的工艺条件为以水为溶剂,加水量在20%,微波破壁3次,每次30 s,pH为5.8时,绿原酸具有较高的提取率。微波破壁与传统的水回流法、醇回流法相比较,具有成本低、产物收率高、可显著降低提取液中杂质含量的优点。
In this paper, the process of extracting caffetannic acid from folium cortex eucommiae was investigated. The results indicated that the yield of caffetannic acid from folium cortex eucommiae have a noticeable improvement with the induction of microwave. Further, the results showed that when choosing water as solvent,the dosage of water is 20% , the cell wall destroyed for three times and each time lasts 30 s, pH value is 5.8, the yield of caffetannic acid would get a higher level. Comparing with the traditional single reflux route of water solute, ethanol or methanol solute, the present methods would decrease the impurities in the products distinctly, and lower the costs obviously. Besides, the present method with high yield.
