摘要
目的:探讨腮腺浅叶良性肿瘤切除术不结扎腮腺导管与结扎腮腺导管优缺点及临床意义。方法:对122例腮腺浅叶良性肿瘤切除术进行回顾性分析并对比其优缺点。结果:结扎腮腺导管患者并发涎腺瘘为52.8%,未结扎腮腺导管者并发涎腺瘘为2.9%。结论:腮腺浅叶良性肿瘤切除术,不结扎腮腺导管并发涎腺瘘的发生率远远低于结扎腮腺导管并发涎腺瘘的发生率。
Objective To approach whether or not to deligation Stensen＇s duct in the operation of benign tumor of superficial parotid.Methods To analysis 122 the operation of benign tumor of superficial parotid retrospectively.Results The fistula’s incidence of cases whose Stensen＇s duct have been tied was 52.8%,The fistula’s incidence of the other cases was 2.9%.Conclusion In the operation of benign tumor of superficial parotid,The fistula’s incidence of cases whose Stensen＇s duct have been tied was lower than the other’s.
