摘要
目的探讨腮腺导管损伤的早期诊断、检查及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析29例腮腺导管损伤患者的临床资料。结果腮腺导管损伤多为车祸所致的复杂损伤及利器损伤,易发部位为导管嚼肌段。运用曲面断层全景技术腮腺造影检查有利于临床诊断。腮腺导管损伤多采用端端吻合方法。结论腮腺导管损伤患者早期诊断、Ⅰ期手术最理想,采用曲面断层全景技术腮腺造影检查在临床有重要意义。
Objective To explore a method for the early diagnosis,detection and treatment of parotid gland duct injury. Methods Various clinical parameters were analyzed in 29 patients with parotid gland duct injury. Results Kinds of parotid gland duct injury often occurred in the masticatory muscle segment and the injuries were usually caused by traffic accidents and the sharp instruments. The accuracy of diagnosis was improved by oral pantomography. Anastomosis of parotid duct is the normal treatment. Conclusion The best treatment of parotid gland duct injury is the early diagnosis and stage Ⅰ operation. Oral pantomography and sialography is very significance in the diagnosis and treatment of parotid gland duct injury.
