摘要 用SP-723PC可见分光光度计测定赤泥盐酸浸出液中的钪,考察了温度、时间、显色剂用量、酸度对待测溶液吸光度的影响。结果表明,温度对吸光度值影响较小,10min后,显色完成,溶液颜色16h内保持稳定,酸度对吸光度有较大的影响,最佳pH为2.0。溶液最大吸光度波长为650nm,Sc(Ⅲ)的质量浓度在0~1.2mg/L范围内符合朗伯-比尔定律,表观摩尔吸光系数为7.78×105 L.mol-1.cm-1。应用本法测定赤泥盐酸浸出液中的钪,结果重现性好,灵敏度高。 The scandium in hydrochloric acid leaching solution of red mud was determined with a SP-723 PC visible spectrophotometer. The effects of temperature, reaction time, coloring reagent quantity and pH on the absorbance of solution were investigated. It is showed that the temperature had weak effect on the absorbance, color reaction completed in 10 min and the color of the solution maintained stable for 16h. But the pH value had stronger effect and the best pH value was 2.0. The maximum absorbance is at 650nm. Lambert-Beer law is obeyed for So( Ⅲ) in the range of 0-12mg/L and the apparent molar absorptivity is 7.78 ×105L/(mol .cm). The method has been applied to the determination of Sc(Ⅲ) in hydrochloric acid leaching solution of red mud with good repeatability and high sensitivity.
