摘要
介绍了OPA(O-phthalaldehyde)衍生法的基本原理及其在FIA-F4010流动注射荧光分光光度计分析中的应用。给出了L-Leu,L-Asp,L-Ser,Gly等氯基酸分析应用实例。同时对实用性、灵敏度、流路等有关问题进行了讨论。
This paper briefly introduced fundamental principle of OPA (Ophthalaldehyde) derivative metgod. Application of OPA derivative method in the FIA-F4010Flow Injection Analysis Fluorescencespectrophotometer was introduced. Some applied examples of analysis for L-Leu., L-Ser., L-Asp., Gly. were described in detail. Meanwhile the practicability, the sensitivity, the flow road etc.of the appliance were discussed in this paper.
