摘要
研究了在水相中用桑色素荧光分析法分析钪的体系．该体系中钪的线性范围为０～６μｇ／２５ｍＬ，检出限为１．７ｎｇ／ｍＬ．体系获得了很好的选择性，铍、铝、钇及稀土不干扰．采用ＰＭＢＰ萃取分离，对地质样品的分析获得了满意的结果，试验了表面活性剂及有机小分子的影响．
A system of determining scandium by aqueous spectrofluorimetry has been studied.The calibration is linear for 0～6 μg/25 mL and the detection limit is 1.7 ng/mL.This method has excellent selectivity.Beryllium,aluminum,yttrium and rare earth elements do not interfer.This method is satisfactorily applied to geological samples.The influence of surfactant and small organic molecule has been tested.
