不同来源副溶血性弧菌分离株的耐药性和毒力分析 被引量:16

摘要 目的:了解广东省副溶血性弧菌水产品分离株与食物中毒分离株携带毒力基因和耐药情况及差异。方法:对132株副溶血性弧菌用纸片扩散法进行耐药检测,对487株副溶血性弧菌以PCR方法进行毒力基因测定。结果:副溶血性弧菌菌株对14种抗生素都有耐药。同时对5种以上抗生素耐药的有60株,占45.5%。多重耐药株的构成比以海虾分离株和食物中毒株为主,占50%。耐药谱分析结果显示,副溶血性弧菌分离株对青霉素类、庆大霉素、连霉素等,普遍有较高的耐药率。487株副溶血性弧菌的tdh和trh基因检测,食品分离株毒力基因的携带率明显低于食物中毒分离株。而食物中毒分离株中以携带tdh基因为多,占93.75%。结论:为防止超级耐药株的产生,应尽快立法加强对兽药使用的监控。复合PCR基因检测能缩短检测周期,有应用前景。 Objective:To understand the epidemiologic characteristics of HFMD in Karamay,and to provide scientific basis for HFMD control and prevention.Methods: Epidemiologic analysis was done to all HFMD cases in Karamay.EV71 and CoxA16 were tested in patients′ dejecta by PCR.Results: Average age of HFMD cases was 3 years old in male and 5 years old in female.Interval time between falling sick and treatment was 1 day.62.2% of patients′ samples were found CoxA16 and 4.4% of those were found EV71.Conclusion: Age of HFMD cases in Karamay was mainly below 5 years old.HFMD patients were treated in time.The popular enterovirus was CoxA16.
