摘要
目的了解内陆地区市售水产品及环境中副溶血性弧菌血清群分布与耐药性,为科学预防控制由副溶血性弧菌引起的食源性疾病及指导临床合理用药提供依据。方法对从内陆地区荆州市市售水产品及其环境标本中分离得到的副溶血性弧菌,参照GB/T 4789.7-2008用标准血清进行O抗原分型。用K-B法进行药物敏感性试验。结果 58株副溶血性弧菌经血清玻片凝集,共分出9个O群,主要为O1群(22.41%)、O3群(22.41%)和O5群(13.79%)。58株副溶血性弧菌均对4种及以上抗生素耐药,其中对青霉素、氨苄青霉素、阿莫西林100%耐药,只对氯霉素100%敏感,其余14种抗生素耐药程度各异。结论中国内陆城市荆州市存在的副溶血性弧菌血清群呈现多样性,并呈现不同程度耐药,应加强药物使用规范化管理。
Objective To understand the serogroup distribution and drug resistance of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from inland aquatic and commercial environments, provide scientific evidence for prevention and control of foodborue diseases caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus, and give guidance for rational drug-use. Methods Referring to GB/T 4789. 7-2008, Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from Jingzhou aquatic and commercial environments was typed with standard serum O-antigen. Drug sensitivity tests were carried out with K-B method. Results 58 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were divided to nine O serogroups by slide agglutination, mainly including O1 group (22. 41% ), 03 group (22.41%) and 05 group (13.79%). 58 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus showed resistant to more than four kinds of antibiotic; 100% resistant to penicillin, ampicillin and amoxicillin,only 100% sensitive to chloramphenicol, and resistant to other 14 kinds of antibiotic in varying degrees. Conclusion Serogroups of Vibrio parahaemolyticus from Chinese inland city--Jingzhou, showed diversified features, and varying degrees of drug resistance. Standardized management of drug-use should be strengthened.
