摘要
目的了解番禺区水产品副溶血性弧菌(Vibrio parahaemolyticus,VP)的污染状况。方法随机从番禺区的水产批发市场、零售市场和餐饮单位采集各类水产品样品,按照《食品卫生微生物学检验副溶血性弧菌检验》(GB/T 4789.7-2008)标准对VP进行定性和定量的检测。结果103份样品中有15份检出VP,检出率为14.6%。各类场所VP检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。淡水水产品和海水水产品VP检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。采集的4类水产品中虾蟹类的VP检出率最高(34.8%),生吃水产品未检出VP,4类水产品VP检出率差异有统计学意义(χ2=14.49,P<0.05)。阳性样品中VP的平均浓度为7.6 MPN/1 g,虾蟹类样品的VP浓度明显高于鱼类,但与贝壳样品相比差异无统计学意义。结论番禺区水产品VP的污染情况较为突出,应加强对水产品VP的主动监测。
Objective To investigate the Vibrio parahaemolyticus contamination in the aquatic products in Panyu District. Method Samples were randomly collected from wholesale markets, retail markets and catering companies. Vibrio parahaemolyticus was detected according to the Microbiological Examination of Food Hygiene-Examination of Vibrio parahaemolyticus (GB/T 4789.7-2003) guideline. Result 103 samples were tested. 15 were positive, with VP positive rate of 14.60%. There were no statistically significance among all kinds of places (P〉 0.05 ), as well as between fresh aquatic products and seafood(P〉0.05 ). However, there existed significant difference among four aquatic products (χ^2=14.49,P〈0.05), including crabs and shrimp in five kinds of aquatic products accounted for the highest positive rate with 34.80%, while raw aquatic products were detected negatively. VP's average concentration of positive samples was 7.6 MPN/1g, and was higher in crabs and shrimp than that in fishes, while no difference compared to shellfish. Conclusion The status of VP contamination in Panyu District is comparatively serious in Guangzhou. Active surveillance should be strengthened.
