摘要
PBL是一种以学习者为中心的教学方式,它能充分发挥学生学习的主动性,有助于培养他们解决问题、利用信息资源以及主动学习的能力。血液内科是内科学的一个重要分支,将PBL模式应用于血液内科临床教学中,对血液科临床实习生大有帮助。本文从对PBL的介绍入手,探讨了该模式在血液内科临床实习带教中的应用,以期为我国临床教学事业提供一些参考意见。
Problem-based learning(PBL) is a learner-centered teaching method which can give full play to students' learning initiative and help cultivate their abilities to solve problems,utilize information resources and have active learning.Hematology is an important branch of internal medicine;therefore applying PBL mode to clinical teaching in hematology department will bring a great help to interns.The paper first introduces PBL and then mainly describes the application of PBL in clinical practice teaching,wishing to provide reference for our country's clinical medicine teaching.
