摘要 目的提高血培养、无菌体液培养阳性率,快速、准确地作出病原学诊断。方法用BACTEC9120全自动血培养仪对1000份血液和体液标本进行检测,针对不同年龄患者对象选用标准需氧瓶、厌氧瓶和儿童专用培养瓶进行增菌培养。结果培养时间缩短至5天,培养阳性率为149%,假阳性率40%,污染率09%,其中血培养阳性率110%,体液培养阳性率36%。共检出43种菌,凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌的比例高达416%。结论用BACTEC9120全自动血培养仪提高了血培养、无菌体液培养阳性率,缩短了培养时间。 Objective To raise the positive detection rate of blood culture and to diagnose pathogens rapidly.Methods A total of 1 000 samples of blood and body fluid were detected by BACTEC 9120 automated blood culture system with standard aerobic vials, anaerobic vials, and peds plus vials.Results 149 strains (14.9%) were isolated, 40(4.0%) were false positive, and 9(0.9%) were contaminated. A positive rate of 52.6% was detected in 24 hours, and 71.8% in 48 hours. Among them 110(11.0%) strains were taken from blood and 36 strains (3.6%) from body fluid. These isolates included 43 species. The rate of septicemia from coagulase negative Staphylococcus were high to 41.6%, and 65.7% of septicemia cases were secondary to a focal bacterial infection or secondary to an underlying disease with impaired defence mechanisms.Conclusion The positive detection rate has been raised and the detection time reduced by BACTEC 9120. Most of septicemia are caused by conditional pathogen.
