摘要
以矿物油碟式分离机的关键部件主轴为研究对象,通过建立主轴有限元模型,进行模态分析,得到主轴前10阶模态固有频率。在此基础上进行了谐响应分析,得到23.5 Hz、133 Hz、400 Hz、931 Hz这4种频率下的位移和应力情况。模拟结果表明,在工作转速时,最大弯曲应力和位移都满足要求,没有发生共振现象。
Took the key parts of a mineral oil dish-style separator: spindle, as the object ol study. First of all, the finite element model of spindle was established, and the natural frequencies of first 10 rank modes of spindle were obtained with modal analysis. Secondly, on this basis the harmonic response analysis was done, and the displacement and stress were achieved in the case of 23.5 Hz, 133 Hz,400 Hz and 931 Hz these four frequencies. The results showed that the maximum stress and displacement with the working speed met the requirements. There was no resonance.
