砌块成型机振动模态与谐响应分析及设计改进 被引量:7

Analysis on vibration modality and resonance response of building block figuration machine and its improvement of design

摘要 对某砌块成型机进行了有限元建模,介绍了建模方法,通过砌块成型机的模态试验结果,对其进行了修正,分析了各阶模态振型。修正结果表明,砌块成型机模型能够反映其真实的动态特性,同时对振动台进行了谐响应分析,得出了砌块成型机振动台的理论振幅值,并对砌块质量进行了评价。最后根据现场测试对砌块成型机进行了结构改进。 Finite element modeling has been carried out on certain building block figuration machine and its modeling method was introduced. Through the modality test result of the building block figuration machine, the modification on this machine was carried out and the vibration types of each ordered modality were analyzed. The result of modification showed that the model of this building block figuration machine could reflect its actual dynamic characteristics, and at the same time could carry out resonance response analysis on the vibration platform, thus obtained the theoretical amplitude value of the vibration platform of building block figuration machine and made evaluation on the quality of building block. Finally, structural improvements were carried out on the building block figuration machine according to on-the-spot testing.
